We're looking for volunteers and interns!
Community Organizer Internship
About the Role: This internship runs primarily through the fall, with a continued daily commitment through September, October, and November. The time commitment is approximately one hour per weekday. Because of the limited time-commitment, this role can easily be done alongside another job or internship.
Who You Are: You are currently enrolled in a U.S. college or graduated within the last five years. Your field of study does not matter. You have a demonstrated interest in democracy, are highly organized, reliable, and able to follow through on commitments. You are comfortable working independently and communicating with peers.
What You Will Do: You will recruit ten people you know to serve as Voting Captains, ideally from a particular community, team, club, dorm hall, Greek letter chapter, etc. Each of those Captains will identify ten friends they will personally help to vote.
