We Use Randomized Control Trials
We run RCTs because they are the gold standard for testing what works. Every Captain chooses eleven contacts and matches as many as possible to the voter file which is within the App. At that moment, the system generates the ten voters they will help. One contact is randomly selected to be in a control group, and the ten others form the treatment group. The two groups are statistically identical, and we then compare turnout between those who had a Captain helping them and those who did not.
